Data File Transmission

A file that contain data from a Data Category of a Data Domain that its structure is described by a Data Model can be submitted by authorized users that represent a RA. For each file submitted the authorized user will receive a response that the data file was succesfully received notifying him also with the name of the file which will have the following generic format F{ID}_{USER}_{NAME} where ID is a unique zero length of 10 padded positive integer, USER is the identifier of the authorized user, NAME is the original filename submitted by the user. For example a received file having a filename data_submission.xlsx by authorized USER aloumiotis with a unique ID provided given by the system of 5 is renamed as F0000000005_aloumiotis_data_submission.xlsx.

The files submitted must have one of the following extension otherwise they will not be further processed:

1. File with an extension of .json. This file should be constructed based on the corresponding json schema that is constructed from its Data Model.

2. File with an extension of .xml. This file should be constructed based on the corresponding xml schema that is constructed from its Data Model.

3. File with an extension of .xlsx. This file should be constructed using the corresponding Excel Template of the Data Model.

4. File with an extension of .zip. This file, that has a format which is a common archive and compression standard, must contain one or more of the above files in its root directory. Any other type of files or directories in the root directory of this file will be ignored.
